Meet Dr. Ayman Founas, DO
I’m a board-certified Internal Medicine doctor with over 10 years experience caring for adults with complex medical conditions requiring admission to the hospital. My background in hospital medicine has made me realize that a lot of complications are preventable and many diseases have a reversible component.
I started this practice because I wanted to move upstream in healthcare—focusing on prevention, education, and clear long-term strategies rather than managing problems after they occur. My goal is simple and direct — to help patients understand their health,, reduce unnecessary medications when appropriate, and build lasting strength for the decades ahead.
