3. Keep the same doctor. New concerns are covered at no extra cost, with virtual visits when appropriate.

Both plans include virtual visits when appropriate, new concerns at no extra cost, and member pricing on labs and imaging. Concierge's yearly lab panel covers CMP, CBC, lipid panel, TSH and A1c, and Concierge includes in-office rapid strep, COVID and flu tests and urinalysis. Essentials members can upgrade to Concierge any time. Membership is not health insurance.
